How do I enable closed captioning on this site?
To enable closed captioning for online videos on this site, hover your mouse over the video while it is playing. Look for a button labeled “CC” and click it. If a pop-up menu appears, choose the “English” option. To disable closed captioning, click the “CC” button again and select “CC Off” from the menu.
Why aren’t there captions in a program I accessed through this site?
